Not all Stag Dos are held locally.

Zelazny approached us with the goal of producing an experience that would be absolutely unforgettable for his childhood friend Jamie. The two have long desired to visit the United States, and Zelazny had this in mind when he was asked to be best man.

We were clear on the task at hand after meeting with Zelazny; Fly Jamie and the rest of his groomsmen to New York one month before the wedding and make sure they return safely after making lifelong memories.

Prior to the event, everything from airport transfers to restaurant reservations, lodging, and activity bookings was planned, scheduled, and paid for. The group of six travelled direct from London to New York on British Airways and stayed in a fancy five-star hotel in the centre of the city. During the weekend, they participated in a variety of pre-planned activities, including visits to the One World Observatory, the Empire State Building, and the Central Park Zoo. The guys all had a great time at the Brooklyn Brewery tour and tasting.

To alleviate any stress, dinner arrangements were made for each night of the stay, and Zelazny had requested that the evenings be kept free to allow them to explore the city on their own. The group chose UBER as their primary mode of transportation in the city and found it to be the most efficient mode of transportation.

We met with Zelazny several times over the course of a few months to discuss various stages of the holiday, and we listened carefully to his wishes. We were able to provide him with a range of activities that were ideal for their vision, as well as precise itineraries for the entire party. All reservations, flights, and accommodation were arranged and paid for prior to the trip, and everything was triple checked in the weeks preceding up to departure.

The most difficult aspect of this event was keeping it a secret from Jamie until the flight!! Fortunately, Zelanzy and Jamie's new wife Stacy are close friends, and were able to arrange for him to be entirely free and prepared without his knowing. It was a wonderful surprise for Jamie, and the gang returned with some incredible stories.
