YourStagDone wants to make these scenarios a thing of the past.
I’ve been on Stag-Do’s like this and appreciate first hand how frustrating it can be. Let’s face it, nobody has a bad Stag-Do, but the difference a properly planned and organised Stag-Do has can make a world of difference.
After organising my brother’s Stag-Do the first words one of the attendees said to me was “This is the best organised Stag-Do I’ve ever been on”. This is what I want every Best Man to hear when they depart on the weekend they’ve organised for their Stag.
It wasn’t until listening to a colleague bemoan her future husband’s Best Man for his lack of organisation and planning for his Stag-Do that I had that light-bulb moment; “Why isn’t there a company that organises Stag-Do’s for people?”. I get it, people have been organising Stag-Do’s on their own for years, not everyone needs to outsource it, but not everyone has the time or resources to fully plan a Stag-Do.
With over a decade’s experience of planning and organising weekend and large-scale gala events I’m not starting this company on a whim. I know what works, I know how to plan and run events for large groups both home and abroad and I know that it’s the little things that separate a good Stag-Do from a great Stag-Do.

We'll schedule an initial consultation after you call or email. We'll explain what YourStagDone offers, get to know you and the Stag, and discuss your event goals. After your consultation, we'll create an itinerary and quote within 7 days. If you want to book, pay a deposit.
We will begin working on your event as soon as your booking is confirmed. You will be assigned a Stag Planner who will communicate with you throughout the process. We are flexible and open to working together to ensure you have the best weekend tailored to your Stag’s interests.
No later than one month before your event, we will send you any event tickets, passes, transportation information, and confirmations. At that time, we will also provide you with the final itinerary for your event. All that is required of you is to show up, relax, and take pleasure in the festivities.

That’s why all of our events are bespoke and we take the time to get to know our clients so that we can build that personal experience rather than offering you a copy and paste package that hundreds of other people have had.
