At YourStagDone, we're never surprised by the requests we receive and we don't limit ourselves to only working with stag groups.
Emma contacted us because her future husband Damian had had a terrible Stag-Do (not organised by us) and wanted to show him that that was just a one-off! As the wedding was fast-approaching, Emma had found our services through a quick web-search and reached out to us to organise a day for Damian in Edinburgh. What was unique about this request was that because Emma and Damian had met at University, they shared a lot of the same friends and so Emma wanted to make it a joint event where all their friends could attend and we were more than happy to oblige.
We arranged for a minibus to pick the group up in Stirling and take them all to Edinburgh for the day. During our consultation with Emma, she had said that they were happy to do anything as long as it didn't revolve around drinking all day so we booked two escape room experiences at one of the highest rated venues in Edinburgh. After the escape rooms, we had booked lunch for the group at Maki & Ramen as we'd been told by Emma that Damian's favourite food was Japanese. After lunch, we had reserved a couple of booths at Flight Club in the St James Quarter where the group were able to challenge each other to some social darts. The group then moved on to The Alchemist where we had reserved a table and pre-paid for a round of cocktails for the clients.
Emma reached out to us towards the end of the evening as we had pre-arranged a pick-up time and location with the minibus company and asked us if it could be pushed back by a couple of hours. We contacted the company who were happy to oblige and confirmed this with Emma as soon as we'd received the news which the group were greatly appreciative for.
Emma contacted us a few days later to let us know that the group had loved their day and appreciated the variety of activities that were booked for them, with everything going smoothly on the day; they also loved the fact that they didn't need to think about organising or booking the day when they were so close to the wedding.
