The Best Men for Andrew's Stag approached YourStagDone to help organise their weekend in Brussels. The group already had flights and accommodation sorted as well as a beer tour organised for the weekend but wanted some expert assistance in finding activities to fill the remainder of their days in Brussels. We were more than happy to research exciting opportunities and offer a discounted rate due to the group already having organised part of their event.

After talking with the group to gauge the Stag's interests, a few options were pitched and the group ultimately decided upon Axe-Throwing, Karaoke and Go-Karting. We sourced and booked a highly rated axe-throwing destination and were able to arrange a welcome drink for the group. We then booked exclusive use of a booth in the most popular karaoke bar in Brussels for the group to serenade the soon to be groom.

As the Go-Karting was located slightly outside of the city we made sure that the group were aware of this before booking. We provided detailed but simple instructions to the group for how to utilise public transport to get to the karting arena on the day.

We were also able to accommodate a last minute request from the group, arranging a private limo-tour of Brussels with champagne and an extra surprise for the groom, offering more never-to-be-forgotten memories.
